Recovery Percentage definition

Recovery Percentage means the Gross Proceeds, calculated using the “gross rings” method, divided by the Cost Value of the Merchandise sold, calculated using the “gross rings” method.
Recovery Percentage means, at any time, such fraction, expressed as a percentage, of the Accepted Claims Amount as under Icelandic Act no. 21/1991 on Bankruptcies etc. (Lög nr. 21/1991 um gjaldþrotaskipti o.fl.) (or otherwise under the laws of Iceland) has been or is deemed to have been paid by the Winding up Board of Landsbanki in payment of the Accepted Claims Amount at that time.
Recovery Percentage. With respect to any Collection Period, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the aggregate amount of Recoveries deposited in the Collection Account during such Collection Period in respect of Contracts which became Liquidated Contracts during such Collection Period and the denominator of which is the aggregate Outstanding Balance of such Liquidated Contracts.

Recovery Percentage means the Gross Sales, calculated using the “gross rings” method, divided by the Cost Value of the Inventory sold, calculated using the “gross rings” method.
Recovery Percentage means, with respect to any Sharing Party as of any date of determination, a percentage equal to 100% minus the quotient, expressed as a percentage, of (a) the amount of all Shared Credit Obligations held by such Sharing Party as of such date minus, if applicable, such Sharing Party’s Recovery Reduction Amount minus, if applicable, the aggregate amount of Reserved LC Collateral allocated to Shared Credit Obligations held by such Sharing Party divided by (b) the sum of the Trigger Date Credit Obligations held by such Sharing Party as of the date of determination plus all Post-Trigger- Date Accruals on such Shared Credit Obligations. Recovery Percentage is calculated as the “Net Settlement Fund” (defined above) divided by the total “Individual Overtime Owed” to all Settlement Class Members as calculated above.

For any Distribution Date occurring on or after the fifth anniversary of the first Distribution Date as follows: for any Distribution Date in the first year thereafter, 30%; for any Distribution Date in the second year thereafter, 40%; for any Distribution Date in the third year thereafter, 60%; for any Distribution Date in the fourth year thereafter, 80%; and for any Distribution Date thereafter, 100%.
