Recovery Percentage definition

Recovery Percentage means the Gross Proceeds, calculated using the “gross rings” method, divided by the Cost Value of the Merchandise sold, calculated using the “gross rings” method.
Recovery Percentage means, at any time, such fraction, expressed as a percentage, of the Accepted Claims Amount as under Icelandic Act no. 21/1991 on Bankruptcies etc. (Lög nr. 21/1991 um gjaldþrotaskipti o.fl.) Recovery Percentage means, with respect to the Merchandise, the aggregate Gross Proceeds of all sales of the Merchandise and service revenue divided by the aggregate Cost Value of the items of Merchandise sold during the Sale.
