Europe Territory definition

Europe Territory means all countries in Europe, including Albania, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia, Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.
Europe Territory means (a) all members of the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA) as of the Original Effective Date, and (b) the following countries: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, excluding all countries in any Terminated Region.
Europe Territory means, collectively, the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
