European lawyer definition

European lawyer means a person who is a national of a Member State and who is authorised in any Member State to pursue professional activities under any of the professional titles appearing in article 2(2) of the European Communities (Lawyer's Practice) Order 1999, but who is not any of the following:
European lawyer means a person who is a national of a Relevant State and who is authorised in any relevant state to pursue professional activities under any of the professional titles appearing in Regulation 2(4) of the European Communities (Lawyer's Practice) Regulations 2000, but who (subject to Regulation 2(3) of those Regulations) is not:
European lawyer means a person entitled to pursue his professional activities in a state in column 1 under the designation referred to in column 2
