European Security Documents definition

European Security Documents means each European Security Agreement and each Additional Security Document covering assets of the European Credit Parties.
European Security Documents means the Flume No. 8 Security Documents or the GX II Security Documents (as applicable).
European Security Documents means the Dutch Security Agreement, the English Security Agreement and the Northern Irish Security Agreement.

More Definitions of European Security Documents

European Security Documents means (a) the European Security Agreement and (b) each other security agreement or other instrument or document executed and delivered by any European Credit Party pursuant to Section 9.11 or Section 9.14 or pursuant to any agreement referred to in clause (a) above, in each case, to secure the European Obligations.
