European Subsidiaries Guaranty definition

European Subsidiaries Guaranty means a guarantee of the Obligations of the European Borrower in substantially the form of Exhibit E-3 or such other form as shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, in each case, as amended, restated, reaffirmed, modified or supplemented from time to time.
European Subsidiaries Guaranty means the European Subsidiaries Guaranty in the form of Exhibit G-2 (as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time).
European Subsidiaries Guaranty shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.10.
