Evaluation Licence definition

Evaluation Licence means a limited licence granted under condition 2.3 for evaluation purposes only, as stated by us in writing;
Evaluation Licence means a right to use the Software only for the purposes of evaluating and testing, excluding all commercial or production use.
Evaluation Licence means a right to use the Vendor Software only for the purposes of evaluating and testing, excluding any commercial or production use, for a limited period, as identified in Customer’s Quotation, but not exceeding 90 days.

  • If the Software has been provided as part of an Evaluation Licence for testing purposes, then the Customer acknowledges that the Software may only be an alpha or beta version, and may contain errors.

  • Except for the Evaluation Licence, the Licence Term will automatically renew at the end of each Licence Term.

  • The continuation of any Evaluation Licence is dependent upon the Subscriber remaining a paid-up subscriber during the period of such Evaluation Licence and any extension(s) thereof.
