Event Coordinator definition

Event Coordinator means any person who is not an employee of the Promoter, but is otherwise engaged by the Promoter or does actually arrange on behalf of or for the benefit the Promoter any of the following: (i) advertising; (ii) labor; (iii) lodging; (iv) transportation; (v) venue; (vi) venue setup or tear-down; (vii) any other activity associated with an Event which has the potential to misinform or mislead the Contestants, Seconds, Officials or public attending the Event.
