Events index definition

Events index means items listed in a chronological index of filings, actions, and events in a specific case, which may include identifying information of the parties and counsel; a brief description or summary of the filings, actions, and events; and other case information. The events index, also referred to as the register of actions, is a record created and maintained by the judicial branch only for administrative purposes that is not part of the case record. The events index must comply with Rule 24.

  • CPI Index means the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers, U.S. City Average, “All Items” (1982-84 = 100), or any successor index thereof as such successor index may be appropriately adjusted to establish substantial equivalence with the Consumer Price Index; provided that if the Consumer Price Index ceases to be published and there is no successor thereto, such other index as the Company shall designate in writing to the Trustee shall be substituted for the Consumer Price Index.

  • Hazard Index means the sum of two or more hazard quotients for multiple hazardous substances and/or multiple exposure pathways.

  • Multi-Exchange Index , if applicable, means each Reference Item specified under the heading "Underlying" in the Product Terms to be a Multi-Exchange Index.

  • SOFR IndexEnd means the SOFR Index value on the date that is the number of U.S. Government Securities Business Days specified in the relevant Final Terms preceding the Interest Payment Date relating to such Interest Accrual Period (or in the final Interest Accrual Period, the Maturity Date).

  • Successor Index means any substitute index approved by the Calculation Agent as a Successor Index pursuant to Section 3 hereof.

  • Closing Level : means the official daily Closing Level of the Index as published by the Index Sponsor in relation to each Scheduled Trading Day during the Investment Term.

  • Final Index Price means the average of the closing price of the Index on each of ten (10) consecutive trading days immediately preceding the Determination Date.

  • SONIA Compounded IndexStart means, with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the SONIA Compounded Index determined in relation to the day falling the Relevant Number of London Banking Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period; and
