Excepted Equipment definition

Excepted Equipment means any electronic communications apparatus within the extended definition of section 151 of the Telecommunications Act 2003, owned by BR Telecommunications Limited or any other telecommunications operator licensed under that Act;
Excepted Equipment means all telecommunications apparatus within the extended definition of schedule 2 of the Telecommunications Act 1984, absolutely owned by BR Telecommunications Limited or any other telecommunications operator licensed under that Act;
