Customer Location definition

Customer Location means the city or unincorporated area of a county where the majority of the contacts between the taxpayer and the customer take place.

  • Betacom shall take all necessary safety precautions when performing on-site services at the Customer Location, shall comply with all Customer written safety and security procedures that are provided to Betacom, and shall comply with all applicable laws for the safety of persons or property, whether now in effect or implemented hereafter.


More Definitions of Customer Location

Customer Location means any location from which the Services are used by Customer from time to time. “Intellectual Property Rights” means any intellectual property rights whether registrable or not, including, without limitation, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, get up, inventions, designs, copyrights, confidential information, trade secret and related rights and know-how in them or licences to use any of them which may now or in future subsist anywhere in the world.

A Customer Location's GTV per year is calculated by annualizing the GTV for the months in which the Customer Location was actively processing in the last twelve months.
Customer Location or “Service Location” means the address at which you are receiving power from Payless Power; “EFL” means the Electricity Facts Label; “ERCOT” means the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, the grid operator in most parts of Texas; “PUCT” means the Public Utility Commission of Texas, an agency that regulates the state’s electric industry; “ESI-ID” means electric service identifier; “TDU” is the Transmission and Distribution Utility, an independent company (separate from Payless Power) that owns and maintains the poles and wires that deliver electricity to you.
