Excess Application Form definition

Excess Application Form means the excess application form in the agreed form to be issued to Qualifying Shareholders (other than the PRC Stock Connect Investors) in respect of applications for excess Rights Shares in connection with the Rights Issue;
Excess Application Form or “EAF” the form of application for Excess Rights Share(s) (as defined below) in the agreed form for use by such Qualifying Shareholders who wish to apply for any Excess Rights Share;
Excess Application Form the form of application for excess Offer Shares in such form as may be agreed between the Company and the Sole Underwriter;

  • The Excess Application Form is for use only by the person(s) to whom it is addressed and is not transferable.

  • The Company will not send any Provisional Allotment Letter or Excess Application Form to the Excluded Shareholders.

  • Any Excess Application Form in respect of which the accompanying cheque or cashier’s order is dishonoured on first presentation is liable to be rejected.

  • Completion and lodgement of an Excess Application Form together with a cheque or cashier’s order in payment for the excess H Rights Shares applied for will constitute a warranty by the applicant that the cheque or cashier’s order will be honoured on first presentation.

  • The Bank will not send any Provisional Allotment Letter or Excess Application Form to the Excluded Shareholders.

  • For the Excluded Shareholders, the Company will, to the extent reasonably practicable and legally permitted, send the H Share Rights Issue Prospectus to them for their information purposes only, but the Company will not send the Provisional Allotment Letter and the Excess Application Form to the Excluded Shareholders.

  • Any Application Form and/or Excess Application Form in respect of which the accompanying cheque and/or banker’s cashier order is dishonoured on first presentation is liable to be rejected, and in such event, the assured entitlement and all rights thereunder will be deemed to have been declined and will be cancelled.

  • The Company will not send any Provisional Allotment Letter or Excess Application Form to the Non-Qualifying Shareholders.

  • Application may be made by completing the Excess Application Form and lodging the same with a separate remittance for the excess Rights Shares.

Related to Excess Application Form

  • Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.

  • Application for Payment means Contractor’s monthly partial invoice for payment that includes any portion of the Work that has been completed for which an invoice has not been submitted and performed in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The Application for Payment accurately reflects the progress of the Work, is itemized based on the Schedule of Values, bears the notarized signature of Contractor, and shall not include subcontracted items for which Contractor does not intend to pay.

  • Distribution Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the time and form of distribution.
