The Excess Application Form is for use only by the person(s) to whom it is addressed and is not transferable.
The Company will not send any Provisional Allotment Letter or Excess Application Form to the Excluded Shareholders.
Any Excess Application Form in respect of which the accompanying cheque or cashier’s order is dishonoured on first presentation is liable to be rejected.

Application may be made by completing the Excess Application Form and lodging the same with a separate remittance for the excess Rights Shares.
