EXCLUSION OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. A person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 to enforce any term of this Agreement, but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.

EXCLUSION OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the parties hereto intend that this Agreement will not benefit, or create any right or cause of action on behalf of, any Person other than a party hereto and that no Person, other than a party hereto, will be entitled to rely on the provisions of this Agreement in any proceeding.
EXCLUSION OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS a. The family is not a party to or third party beneficiary of Part B of the HAP contract. The family may not enforce any provision of Part B, and may not exercise any right or remedy against the owner or PHA under Part B.
b. The tenant or the PHA may enforce the tenancy addendum (Part C of the HAP contract) against the owner, and may exercise any right or remedy against the owner under the tenancy addendum.
c. The PHA does not assume any responsibility for injury to, or any liability to, any person injured as a result of the owner’s action or failure to act in connection with management of the contract unit or the premises or with implementation of the HAP contract, or as a result of any other action or failure to act by the owner.
d. The owner is not the agent of the PHA, and the HAP contract does not create or affect any relationship between the PHA and any lender to the owner or any suppliers, employees, contractors or subcontractors used by the owner in connection with management of the contract unit or the premises or with implementation of the HAP contract.
EXCLUSION OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. The parties to this Deed do not intend that any term of this Deed should be enforced, by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, by any person who is not a party to this Deed.
EXCLUSION OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. A Person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right to enforce any term of this Agreement and shall not be a third party beneficiary hereof, provided, however, that nothing herein shall affect any right or remedy of a third party which arises under any other agreement to which such Person is a party.
EXCLUSION OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. Unless expressly stated no part of this Agreement shall create rights in favour of any third party pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
EXCLUSION OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. The provisions of this Agreement shall not impart rights enforceable by any person, firm or organization not a Party to this Agreement or a permitted successor or assignee of a Party.
