Exclusive Assets definition

Exclusive Assets means those Supplier Assets used by the Supplier or a Key Sub-Contractor which are used exclusively in the provision of the Services;

Exclusive Assets means the fixed assets and intellectual property that shall not be subject to purchase, the definition of such assets is set forth in Appendix III;

Exclusive Assets means those Assets used by the Service Provider or a Key Sub-contractor which are used exclusively for the provision of the Services.
