Excused Investor definition

Excused Investor is any Investor that has claimed or exercised an excuse or exclusion right with respect to the funding of a particular Capital Call made by the applicable Borrower.
Excused Investor means, with respect to any Investment, any Investor who is excused pursuant to Section 5.03 from making all or a portion of its Capital Contribution that would otherwise be required in respect of such Investment.
Excused Investor means, at any time, any Investor of Borrower who at such time is excused (or excluded) from making a Capital Contribution in accordance with such Investor’s Subscription Agreement or Borrower’s Governing Document, as the case may be.

  • Investor means the Buyer, any transferee or assignee thereof to whom a Buyer assigns its rights under this Agreement in accordance with Section 9 and who agrees to become bound by the provisions of this Agreement, and any transferee or assignee thereof to whom a transferee or assignee assigns its rights under this Agreement in accordance with Section 9 and who agrees to become bound by the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Interested Person and “Principal Underwriter” shall have the meanings given them in the 1940 Act.

  • Qualified investment has the meaning set forth in Section 313.021(1) of the TEXAS TAX CODE, as interpreted by the Comptroller’s Rules.

  • Unrelated Person means any Person other than (i) a Subsidiary of Borrower or (ii) an employee stock ownership plan or other employee benefit plan covering the employees of Borrower and its Subsidiaries.
