Delivery to Site definition

Delivery to Site means the delivery of a full load to any agreed delivery site subject to access to the delivery site being suitable for the Company’s delivery vehicle (as mentioned in clause 5.5) with the load thereon as to which the opinion of the Company’s driver shall be final. The Customer shall be responsible at its own expense for providing whatever assistance is required for the unloading of the Goods from the delivery vehicle at any agreed delivery site.
Delivery to Site means that materials have been delivered to the Project Site or Property and deposited/stored in the area(s) designated by Owner.

Related to Delivery to Site

  • Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.

  • Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.

  • Delivery Note has the meaning set out in clause B2-1-2.

A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.
