Exercise Value definition

Exercise Value has the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii).

Exercise Value meansExercise price multiplied by exercise ratio.“Warrant Registrar” or “Registrar”meansRegistrar of the Warrants which is Thailand SecuritiesDepository Company Limited or any person authorized by the company’s Committee to act as the registrar of the Warrants.“TSD”meansThailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd.“SEC”meansThe Securities and Exchange Commission.“SET”meansThe Stock Exchange of Thailand.“SET PORTAL”meansThe Stock Exchange of Thailand electronic informationsystem.

Exercise Value means the number of shares of Ordinary Shares received upon an exercise of this Warrant multiplied by the Exercise Price applicable to such exercise.

• Furthermore, in any such transaction, in the case of an Option that is a put, any failure by the Holder to transfer the Underlying Securities to the Writer on the Settlement Date constitutes a Delivery Failure, and in such event the Delivery Date is the Settlement Date, the Failing Party is the Holder, the Non- Failing Party is the Writer and the Trade Proceeds are the Exercise Value.

More Definitions of Exercise Value

Exercise Value means the Fair Market Value of a share of Georgia-Pacific Stock on the date of exercise.

Exercise Value means the sum of the Daily Exercise Values for each of the 20 consecutive trading days of the applicable Exercise Reference Period.

Exercise Value means, with respect of an exercise of the Warrant(s), the aggregate Warrant Price for such exercise of the Warrant(s).

Exercise Value means the number of ADSs received upon an exercise of this Warrant multiplied by the Exercise Price applicable to such exercise.

Exercise Value means, for any Trading Day during the Observation Period, (i) the Number of Warrant Shares as of such Trading Day, multiplied by (ii) the VWAP of the Common Stock (or any publicly-traded equity securities into which the Common Stock has been converted in connection with any Reorganization) on such Trading Day. For the purposes of determining the Exercise Value of any Reference Property, the following provisions shall apply:

Exercise Value means the value of the Shares as determined in accordance with section 5.4.

Exercise Value means the Exercise Price of the Options Market Contract multiplied by the Contract Size.
