Exercise Value definition

Exercise Value has the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii).
Exercise Value meansExercise price multiplied by exercise ratio.“Warrant Registrar” or “Registrar”meansRegistrar of the Warrants which is Thailand SecuritiesDepository Company Limited or any person authorized by the company’s Committee to act as the registrar of the Warrants.“TSD”meansThailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd.“SEC”meansThe Securities and Exchange Commission.“SET”meansThe Stock Exchange of Thailand.“SET PORTAL”meansThe Stock Exchange of Thailand electronic informationsystem.
Exercise Value means the number of shares of Ordinary Shares received upon an exercise of this Warrant multiplied by the Exercise Price applicable to such exercise.

More Definitions of Exercise Value

Exercise Value means the Fair Market Value of a share of Georgia-Pacific Stock on the date of exercise.
Exercise Value means the sum of the Daily Exercise Values for each of the 20 consecutive trading days of the applicable Exercise Reference Period.
