Exhibitor Marks definition

Exhibitor Marks means the trademarks of the Exhibitor;
Exhibitor Marks means the designs, logos, trade names and marks (registered and unregistered) of the Exhibitor supplied by the Exhibitor in accordance with Clause 5.6 and such other marks, logos or designations as the Parties may agree from time to time; and“Package”means the package more particularly described in https://warwick.ac.uk/fac/sci/eng/icwes18/exhibitors_and_spons ors/

Examples of Exhibitor Marks in a sentence

  • All rights in and to the Exhibitor Marks not expressly granted to National Safety Council are hereby expressly reserved to Exhibitor without restriction.

  • You acknowledge and agree that it may not be possible for us to revise the Conference materials (or any of them) to reflect any subsequent change to the Exhibitor Marks and that any revisions that we agree to make to any of the Conference materials shall be subject to advance payment by you of our costs.

  • You hereby grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use your name and logo ( Exhibitor Marks) to run and promote the Conference and to provide you with the applicable Exhibitor Benefits.

  • National Safety Council recognizes and acknowledges that: (i) it will not challenge or contest the exclusive ownership of the Exhibitor Marks or aid or abet anyone else in doing so; (ii) the goodwill associated with National Safety Council’ use of the Exhibitor Marks inure solely and exclusively to Exhibitor; and (iii) it will not acquire any rights to the Exhibitor Marks as a result of National Safety Council’ use thereof, and that all such use by National Safety Council will inure to Exhibitor’s benefit.

  • Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ACC and CPI, their agents, members, officers, directors and employees from any and all claims for monetary awards, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees, made by third persons relating to or arising from any third-party claims arising from the use of ACC and CPI of Exhibitor Marks.

  • Exhibitor may use the IEEE Exhibitor Marks to advertise and promote itself as an exhibitor at the Event from the date of the IEEE’s acceptance of this Application through the last day of the Event.

  • All right, title and interest in and to the Exhibitor Marks and Exhibitor Materials shall remain with Exhibitor.

  • We retain the spelling of “Characterisation” from Knol et al.2014; Lazrus et al.; Demuth et al., 2012;).

  • The Seller shall be entitled to use such Exhibitor Marks in any of the Seller’s materials, websites, or other information used to market the Exhibition or future exhibitions.

  • The University shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Exhibitor Marks are used only in the form, colour, design, style and manner directed or approved by the Exhibitor and provided by the Exhibitor in writing from time to time.


More Definitions of Exhibitor Marks

Exhibitor Marks means (i) Exhibitor’s company name, line name, logos, and other identifying and contact information; and (ii) photographs of Exhibitor’s booth, personnel, marketing materials, and products. “Visitor Data” means any contact information made available to Exhibitor by SAGE that is collected from the SAGE Show registrants, exhibitors or attendees. “Proprietary Information” means (i) SAGE’s confidential business information; (ii) the Visitor Data; (iii) ideas, comments, feedback, and suggestions related to the SAGE Show, any other products or services of SAGE, or SAGE’s business; and (iv) any derivative works of the foregoing.
Exhibitor Marks means (i) Exhibitor’s company name, line name, logos, and other identifying and contact information; and (ii) photographs of Exhibitor’s booth, personnel, and products. “Visitor Data” means any contact information made available to Exhibitors by QTI that is collected from Showcase attendees. “Proprietary Information” means (i) QTI’s confiden- tial business information; (ii) the Visitor Data; (iii) ideas, comments, feedback, and suggestions related to the Showcase, any other products or services of QTI, or QTI’s business; and (iv) any derivative works of the foregoing.

Related to Exhibitor Marks

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

  • Licensed Fields of Use means the fields of use identified in Appendix B.

  • Proprietary product means a manufactured component or other product that is produced by a private person. It may be protected by patent, trademark or copyright.

  • Licensed Marks means the Localized Game Marks and such other trademarks expressly authorized in writing by Shengqu to be used by the Licensees.

  • Licensed Field of Use means all fields.

  • Licensed Trademark means those Trademarks set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and such other Trademarks as may be designated by NovaDel in writing from time to time, and any registrations of the foregoing and pending applications relating thereto.

  • Product Trademarks means the Trademark(s) to be used by AbbVie or its Affiliates or its or their respective Sublicensees for the Development or Commercialization of Licensed Products in the Territory and any registrations thereof or any pending applications relating thereto in the Territory (excluding, in any event, any trademarks, service marks, names or logos that include any corporate name or logo of the Parties or their Affiliates).

  • Licensed Rights means the rights granted to You subject to the terms and conditions of this Public License, which are limited to all Copyright and Similar Rights that apply to Your use of the Licensed Material and that the Licensor has authority to license.

  • Licensed Property means the portion of the Software and the Documentation to which Customer has purchased a License as identified on an applicable Order. Licensed Property shall include any updates or upgrades to the Licensed Property that AvePoint may at its discretion deliver to Customer.

  • Licensed Know-How means all Know-How that (a) is Controlled by Pfizer or any of its Affiliates as of the effective date of the Pfizer-MPP Agreement, (b) directly relates to the use of the Compound, Product or Licensed Product in the Field, and (c) is not in the public domain or otherwise generally known. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) Licensed Know-How shall not include any Know-How to the extent solely and directly related to any other Pfizer compound or to the extent related to the use of the Compound, Product or Licensed Product outside the Field and (ii) Licensed Know-How includes only that Know-How, designated by Pfizer in its sole discretion, necessary for the manufacture, registration and commercialization of the Compound and/or Licensed Product for use in the Field. For the avoidance of doubt, Licensed Know-How excludes any Know-How related to ritonavir that has been (either as of the Effective Date or at any time during the term of this Agreement) in-licensed by Pfizer from any Third Party.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Roll-on product means any antiperspirant or deodorant that dispenses active ingredients by rolling a wetted ball or wetted cylinder on the affected area.

  • Licensed IP means the Intellectual Property owned by any person other than the Corporation and to which the Corporation has a license which has not expired or been terminated;

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Product Trademark means (a) any trademark or trade name, whether or not registered, or any trademark application, renewal, extension or modification thereto, in the Territory, or any trade dress and packaging, that is applied to or used with Products by Xxxxxx and (b) all goodwill associated therewith, and any promotional materials relating thereto.

  • Licensed Product means any method, process, composition, product, service, or component part thereof that would, but for the granting of the rights set forth in this Agreement, infringe a Valid Claim contained in the Licensed Patents.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Licensed Territory means worldwide.

  • Licensed Site means a place in any authorised street at which street trading may be engaged in by a Licence Holder, and includes any temporary alternative place approved by the Council or a duly authorised Officer of the Council.

  • Combination Products means any product containing both a pharmaceutically active agent or ingredient which constitutes a Licensed Product and one or more other pharmaceutically active agents or ingredients which do not constitute Licensed Products.

  • Combination Product means (a) a product containing a Licensed Product together with one or more other active ingredients that have independent biologic or chemical activity when present alone that are sold as a single unit, or (b) a Licensed Product together with one or more products, devices, pieces of equipment or components thereof, that are sold as a single package at a single price.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Know-How and Licensed Patents.

  • Field of Use means all fields of use.

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents, the Licensor Know-How, Licensor Materials, Product IP, and Licensor’s rights in the Program IP and Joint Patents.

  • Product Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 9.5.

  • U.S. Territory means American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
