Existing Account definition
Existing Account means, with respect to:
Existing Account means the Borrowers’ existing bank accounts (other than the Accounts) opened with other banks (other than the Account Bank) before the date of this Agreement, as more particularly set out in Schedule 8 (List of Existing Accounts).
Existing Account means each individual wholesale financing account originated by DCS with a Dealer pursuant to a Floorplan Financing Agreement which is identified in the computer file or microfiche or written list delivered to the Trust and the Trustee on the Effective Date by the Seller pursuant to Section 2.01.
Examples of Existing Account in a sentence
The provisions of the Existing Account Pledge Agreement continue to be in full force and effect, and the creation of the Pledges shall be independent from and shall in no way prejudice the validity of nor have any other negative effect on the Existing Account Pledge Agreement and the pledges constituted thereunder.
The Security Trustee hereby consents to the encumbrance of the Accounts created by this Agreement to the extent that a further pledge over the Accounts is prohibited pursuant to the terms of the Existing Account Pledge Agreement.

More Definitions of Existing Account
Existing Account means a revolving credit card account established by CTB, or established by CTS and assigned to CTB, pursuant to a Credit Card Agreement under which CTB extends credit to the Obligor as principal and the Obligor under which, on the Additional Cut-Off Date or Substitution Date, with respect thereto, has a period of credit history with CTB (or with its assignor, CTS), in relation to any revolving credit card accounts, greater than or equal to 12 months in length;
Existing Account in relation to an Offer shall mean an Account the Account Creation Date in relation to which falls on or before the relevant Offer Date;
Existing Account means an account identified on the Existing Account Schedule.
Existing Account shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.03.
Existing Account means an Account listed on the Account Schedule delivered by Chase USA to Purchaser on or prior to the Initial Purchase Date.
Existing Account has the meaning specified in Section 8(p)(iii)
Existing Account means the account in any of the Clearing Systems through which a Noteholder holds Existing Notes;
