New Customer Accounts Clause Samples

It typically outlines the information and documentation that must be provided by the customer, such as identification, contact details, and any necessary financial disclosures. This clause ensures that the business can verify the identity of new clients, comply with regulatory obligations, and maintain accurate records, thereby reducing the risk of fraud and supporting compliance with laws such as anti-money laundering regulations.
