Existing Group definition

Existing Group means the following Persons: (a) ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ AS., a Norwegian corporation (“Wilhelmsen”); (b) Cruise Associates, a Bahamian general partnership (“Cruise”); and (c) any Affiliate of either or both of Wilhelmsen and Cruise.
Existing Group means the following Persons: (a) ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ AS., a Norwegian corporation (“Wilhelmsen”); (b) any member of either of the Families; and (c) any Affiliate of Wilhelmsen and/or any of the Related Parties.
Existing Group means the following Persons: (a) A. Wilhelmsen AS, a Norwegian corporation ("Wilhelmsen"); (b) Cruise ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, a Bahamian general partnership ("CRUISE"); and (c) any Affiliate of either or both of Wilhelmsen and Cruise.

More Definitions of Existing Group

Existing Group means the Group that existed prior to the Group Merger and produced Consolidated Financial Statements.28

Simultaneously with the expiration of the Consolidated Leases, the Sixteen (16) Facilities that are the subject of the Consolidated Leases (the "CONSOLIDATED FACILITIES") shall become the subject of a single, master Lease by and between Lessor and Lessee (the "MASTER LEASE").
