Existing Group definition

Existing Group means the following Persons: (a) X. Xxxxxxxxxx AS., a Norwegian corporation (“Wilhelmsen”); (b) Cruise Associates, a Bahamian general partnership (“Cruise”); and (c) any Affiliate of either or both of Wilhelmsen and Cruise.

More Definitions of Existing Group

Existing Group means the Group that existed prior to the Group Merger and produced Consolidated Financial Statements.28
