Examples of Existing RRA in a sentence

  • In the event that the Shareholders exercise rights under this Clause 2.4, Sections 6, 7 and 8 of the Existing RRA shall apply as if they were provisions of this Agreement applicable to this Clause.

  • In the event that the Shareholders exercise rights under this Clause 2.3, Sections 6, 7 and 8 of the Existing RRA shall apply as if they were provisions of this Agreement applicable to this Clause.
