Existing Second Lien Notes definition

Existing Second Lien Notes means the 6 5⁄8% Senior Secured Notes due 2018 of Holdings outstanding as of the Effective Date.

Existing Second Lien Notes. “Existing Second Lien Notes” means the U.S. dollar 8.5% second lien notes issued pursuant to the Existing Second Lien Note Purchase Agreement.

Existing Second Lien Notes means $301,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6 5/8% Senior Secured Notes due 2018 of Holdings outstanding as of the Effective Date and any notes issued in exchange therefor pursuant to that certain Indenture, dated as of October 12, 2010, by and among Holdings and the guarantors party thereto and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee and collateral agent.

This Agreement is a “Credit Agreement” for purposes of the Existing Second Lien Notes Indentures.
The Obligations constitute (a) “First-Lien Indebtedness” pursuant to, and as defined in, the Senior Lender Intercreditor Agreement, (b) [reserved], and (c) “First-Priority Lien Obligations” pursuant to, and as defined in, the Existing Second Lien Notes Indentures.

Nothing contained in this Agreement shall amend, waive, or modify the Indenture or Existing Second Lien Notes or constitute the amendment or waiver of any Party’s rights and remedies thereunder.

Existing Second Lien Notes means the 9% Second Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2020 issued by the Issuer (as successor issuer by merger to Hexion U.S. Finance Corp.) and Hexion Nova Scotia Finance, ULC.

Existing Second Lien Notes means the Existing Second Lien 5.50% 2022 Notes, the Existing Second Lien 6.00% 2022 Notes, the Existing Second Lien 2023 Notes and the Existing Second Lien 2026 Notes. “Existing Second Lien Notes Indentures” shall mean the Existing Second Lien 5.50% 2022 Notes Indenture, the Existing Second Lien 6.00% 2022 Notes Indenture, the Existing Second Lien 2023 Notes Indenture and the Existing Second Lien 2026 Notes Indenture.

Existing Second Lien Notes means the 9.125% Senior Secured Second Priority Notes issued pursuant to that certain indenture dated as of April 28, 2016 (as amended, restated, amended and restated, extended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time) by and among ION, as issuer, each of the guarantors party thereto, and Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as trustee.

Existing Second Lien Notes means the Company’s outstanding 9% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2021 and the Company’s outstanding 9¼% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2022.

Existing Second Lien Notes means those second priority senior secured floating rate notes due 2011 issued by the Borrower pursuant to that certain Indenture dated as of April 23, 2004 by and among the Borrower, as issuer, certain subsidiaries of the Borrower as guarantors thereunder, and Law Debenture Trust Company of New York, as trustee.

Existing Second Lien Notes means the Borrower’s 8.00% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2022 outstanding on the Effective Date under the indenture governing the existing Existing Second Lien Notes.

Existing Second Lien Notes means the Issuer’s 10.00% Second-Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2018 and the 10.00% Second-Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2015 issued pursuant to the Existing Second Lien Notes Indenture.
