Existing Second Priority Notes Indentures means the indentures respectively dated as of May12, 2014, June 5, 2015, October 1, 2015 and January 26, 2018, each among the Issuer, the trustee named therein from time to time, and certain other parties thereto, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the requirements thereof and of this Indenture.
