Existing Secured Credit Agreement definition

Existing Secured Credit Agreement means the 3-Year Credit Agreement dated as of March 25, 2011 among the Account Parties, the lenders party thereto, JPMCB, as administrative agent and The Bank of New York Mellon, as collateral agent, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, including any renewals, extensions or replacements thereof that increase the principal amount thereof as of the Effective Date; provided, however, that to the extent such principal amount exceeds $1,000,000,000 at any time, such excess amount shall not be deemed to be incurred under the Existing Secured Credit Agreement for purposes of Section 7.03 and Section 7.07.
Existing Secured Credit Agreement means that certain credit agreement, dated as of May 24, 2018, among the Company, the several banks and other financial institutions or entities from time to time party thereto, and the administrative agent (as amended, modified and supplemented from time to time prior to the date hereof).
