Existing Senior Secured Note Indenture definition

Existing Senior Secured Note Indenture means that certain Indenture, dated as of November 21, 2003, among the Borrower, each of the guarantors party thereto and the Existing Senior Secured Note Trustee, as amended by the Waiver in respect thereof dated as of February 15, 2008.
Existing Senior Secured Note Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of October 6, 2003, among Imco Recycling Inc. (now known as Aleris International, Inc.), the subsidiary guarantors party thereto and JPMorgan Chase Bank (now known as JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.), as trustee thereunder, as in effect on the Borrowing Date and as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
