Exit Assistance Period definition

Exit Assistance Period. The period specified in the Exit Assistance Notice during which Contractor shall provide the Exit Assistance Services subject to this Contract;
Exit Assistance Period means the period of 12 (twelve) months (or such shorter period as the Parties may agree in the circumstances) starting on the earlier of the date on which the notice of termination is given pursuant to Conditions H1, H2 and H3 or any other relevant Conditions and the date 12 (twelve) months immediately prior to the expiry of the Contract.
