Expenditure Documents definition

Expenditure Documents shall have the meaning given such term in Section 6.3E.
Expenditure Documents. The document drawn up by the member business concerning the transactions made with the bank card or the credit card and signed by the Card Holder in cases where the identity of the Card Holder is determined by a code number, password or another method specifying the identity. Account: All Deposit Accounts, İnvestment Accounts and Credit Card Accounts opened with the purpose of keeping Iraqi Dinars (IQD), foreign currency (FC) or assets as well as for the disposition of means and services related thereto, such accounts being offered for transaction without credits. Account Cutoff Date: The date on which the Credit Card Account Statement has been regulated.

Examples of Expenditure Documents in a sentence

  • If Lessee does not receive Notice of Lessor’s disapproval of the Expenditure Documents within two (2) Business Days after delivery of the same to Lessor, then Lessee shall be permitted to make such expenditure.

Related to Expenditure Documents

  • Indenture Documents means (a) the Indenture, the Notes, the Security Documents and this Agreement and (b) any other related documents or instruments executed and delivered pursuant to the Indenture or any Security Document, in each case, as such agreements, documents or instruments may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Financial Closure or Project Financing Arrangements means the agreements pursuant to which the SPG has sought financing for the Power Project including the loan agreements, security documents, notes, indentures, security agreements, letters of credit and other documents, as may be amended, modified, or replaced from time to time, but without in anyway increasing the liabilities of JDVVNL.

  • Permitted Acquisition Documents means with respect to any acquisition proposed by the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor, final copies or substantially final drafts if not executed at the required time of delivery of the purchase agreement, sale agreement, merger agreement or other agreement evidencing such acquisition, including, without limitation, all legal opinions and each other document executed, delivered, contemplated by or prepared in connection therewith and any amendment, modification or supplement to any of the foregoing.

  • Restructuring Documents means, collectively, the documents and agreements (and the exhibits, schedules, annexes and supplements thereto) necessary to implement, or entered into in connection with, this Plan, including, without limitation, the Plan Supplement, the Exhibits, the Plan Schedules, the Amended/New Organizational Documents, the Exit Facility Loan Documents, and the Plan Securities and Documents.

  • Senior Loan Documents means the loan agreement between Borrower and Senior Creditor and any other agreement, security agreement, document, promissory note, UCC financing statement, or instrument executed by Borrower in favor of Senior Creditor pursuant to or in connection with the Senior Debt or the loan agreement, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

  • Disclosure Documents is defined in Section 5.3.

  • Existing Indebtedness Agreements shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.05.

  • Financing Agreements means, collectively, this Agreement and all notes, guarantees, security agreements and other agreements, documents and instruments now or at any time hereafter executed and/or delivered by Borrower or any Obligor in connection with this Agreement, as the same now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

  • Financing Arrangements means the arrangements between the Borrower and the State as per current policy of the Borrower, and acceptable to ADB;

  • Loan Agreements means any other loan agreements entered into by and between the Trust and one or more of the Borrowers pursuant to which the Trust will make Loans to such Borrowers from moneys on deposit in the Project Fund, excluding the Project Loan Account, financed with the proceeds of the Trust Bonds.

  • Operative Documents means the Purchase Agreement, the Indenture, the Trust Agreement, the Notes and the Trust Securities.

  • Lessee Documents Has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(b) of the Participation Agreement.

  • Financing Documents means collectively the documents evidencing Lenders’ commitment to finance the Project.

  • Operating Lease Obligations means all obligations for the payment of rent for any real or personal property under leases or agreements to lease, other than Capitalized Lease Obligations.

  • Sale Documents means this Agreement, the Fee Agreement, the Exhibits hereto to which the Seller is a party and all other certificates, instruments, agreements and documents executed from time to time by the Seller in connection with the transactions contemplated in this Agreement.

  • Operating Documents are, for any Person, such Person’s formation documents, as certified by the Secretary of State (or equivalent agency) of such Person’s jurisdiction of organization on a date that is no earlier than thirty (30) days prior to the Effective Date, and, (a) if such Person is a corporation, its bylaws in current form, (b) if such Person is a limited liability company, its limited liability company agreement (or similar agreement), and (c) if such Person is a partnership, its partnership agreement (or similar agreement), each of the foregoing with all current amendments or modifications thereto.

  • Subsequent Disclosure Documents means any financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis, information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports (other than confidential material change reports), business acquisition reports or other documents issued by the Corporation after the Execution Time which are, or are deemed to be, pursuant to applicable Securities Laws, incorporated by reference into the Final Prospectuses or any Prospectus Amendment;

  • Lease Documents has the meaning set forth in the Basic Servicing Agreement; provided that such definition shall refer only to lease documents related to Leases allocated to the 20[●]-[●] Lease SUBI.

  • Related Real Estate Documents with respect to any Real Estate subject to a Mortgage, the following, in form and substance satisfactory to Agent and received by Agent for review at least 10 days prior to the effective date of the Mortgage: (a) a mortgagee title policy (or binder therefor) covering Agent’s interest under the Mortgage, in a form and amount and by an insurer acceptable to Agent, which must be fully paid on such effective date; (b) such assignments of leases, estoppel letters, attornment agreements, consents, waivers and releases as Agent may require with respect to other Persons having an interest in the Real Estate; (c) a current, as-built survey of the Real Estate, containing a metes-and-bounds property description and flood plain certification, and certified by a licensed surveyor acceptable to Agent; (d) flood insurance in an amount, with endorsements and by an insurer acceptable to Agent, if the Real Estate is within a flood plain; (e) a current appraisal of the Real Estate, prepared by an appraiser acceptable to Agent, and in form and substance satisfactory to Required Lenders; (f) an environmental assessment, prepared by environmental engineers acceptable to Agent, and accompanied by such reports, certificates, studies or data as Agent may reasonably require, which shall all be in form and substance satisfactory to Required Lenders; and (g) an Environmental Agreement and such other documents, instruments or agreements as Agent may reasonably require with respect to any environmental risks regarding the Real Estate.

  • Transaction Security Documents means each of the documents listed as being a Transaction Security Document in paragraph 2(e) of Part I of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement and any document required to be delivered to the Administrative Agent under paragraph 3(d) of Part II of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement together with any other document entered into by any Obligor creating or expressed to create any Security over all or any part of its assets in respect of the obligations of any of the Obligors under any of the Finance Documents (and any other Debt Documents).

  • Debt Financing Documents means the agreements, documents and certificates contemplated by the Financing, including all credit agreements, loan documents, purchase agreements, underwriting agreements, indentures, debentures and notes pursuant to which the Financing will be governed or contemplated by the Debt Commitment Letter.

  • Existing Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement.

  • Bridge Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Bridge Credit Agreement.

  • Public Disclosure Documents means, collectively, all of the documents which have been filed by or on behalf of the Borrower with the relevant Securities Regulators pursuant to the requirements of Securities Laws, including all documents publicly available on the Borrower’s SEDAR profile.

  • Securities, documents or other written instruments means original (including original counterparts) negotiable or non-negotiable instruments, or assignments thereof, which in and of themselves represent an equitable interest, ownership, or debt and which are in the ordinary course of business transferable by delivery of such instruments with any necessary endorsements or assignments.   • Investment Documents means, collectively, the Loan Documents and the Warrants.
