CARD ACCOUNT STATEMENT. (a) The prepaid Card Account statements, which show the executed Transactions and/or the crediting and/or the debiting of the prepaid Card Account, will be provided to the holder of the prepaid Card Account free of charge once a month: (i) Electronically, through the Bank’s digital service channels (1bank) for holders of prepaid Card Accounts who are physical persons and are 1bank subscribers, and this shall be the agreed method of providing the prepaid Card Account statement for those holders of prepaid Card Accounts who are physical persons and are 1bank subscribers. The prepaid Card Account statements will be available electronically for five (5) years and the holder of the prepaid Card Account is encouraged to print and/or save the prepaid Card Account statements for future use. (ii) By post, to all other holders of prepaid Card Accounts. If the holder of the prepaid Card Account requires from the Bank additional information or wishes to receive information on a more frequent basis than mentioned above or requests that the information be made available in a way other than the agreed method, as explained above, it is agreed that he will be charged according to the Table of Commission and Charges of the Bank, as amended from time to time, and is available at the Bank’s branches and the Bank’s website, xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. The Bank reserves the right to send or make available the prepaid Card Account statements using any different method that it deems to be appropriate from time to time, having first duly informed the holder of the prepaid Card Account, and to additionally send such statements by post at its discretion. (b) The Cardholder shall be obligated to notify the Bank within a reasonable period of time in the event that a Card Account statement was not provided or made available to him so that the Bank may take all necessary actions to make the abovementioned Card Account statement available to the Cardholder. Otherwise, the Bank shall consider that the Cardholder has received the Card Account statement. The Cardholder shall undertake to verify his Card Account statement, whether it is provided to him in writing, or he has access to it through the Bank’s digital service channels.

CARD ACCOUNT STATEMENT. (a) The Card Account Statements showing the amounts due to the Bank for Card Transactions and Cash Advances incurred by the Principal Cardmember and Supplementary Cardmember(s) will be sent to the Principal Cardmember. (b) Unless the Bank is otherwise instructed in writing to send the Card Account Statement to the Supplementary Cardmember, the Bank shall not be required to send to any Supplementary Cardmember the Card Account Statement or any statement with respect to the use of the Supplementary Card and/or PIN issued to that Supplementary Cardmember. (c) Any Card Account Statement sent to the Principal Cardmember shall be deemed to have been received by the Supplementary Cardmember(s) at the same time when the Principal Cardmember shall have received or is deemed to have received the Card Account Statement. (d) In the case where the Card Account Statement is sent to the Supplementary Xxxxxxxxxx’s address at his request, a monthly statement fee (as specified in the Highlights of Terms and Conditions) will be charged to the Supplementary Cardmember’s Card. The Bank shall have the right, by giving the Cardmember 7◇ days’ prior notice, to revise the monthly statement fee from time to time. (e) The Supplementary Cardmember shall promptly notify the Bank of any change in his mailing address.
CARD ACCOUNT STATEMENT. 15.1. User Interface allows Customer to view and access Card Ac- count and Card Account Statement, including transactions, balance, and other information as well as to communicate 16.2. Customer and Cardholder authorise Unlimint to provide SMS-services and transmit SMS notification messages to Cardholder's mobile phone number specified in the Applica- tion and during the term of validity of this Agreement. 16.3. Unlimint sends SMS notification messages to Cardholder's mobile phone number, notifying Cardholder on Card Trans- actions, Transaction details, balances and other information. This information is provided for security and/or prevention of fraud. Upon the moment of sending an SMS notification mes- sage, it is assumed that the Cardholder and the Customer are informed of the Card Transaction and/or relevant infor- and submit requests to Unlimint including in relation to Transactions, Card blocking and perform other activities permitted by User Interface functionality.

Customer may be able to obtain per User Interface function- ality a Card Account Statement for a specific month or a par- ticular period. 15.5. Customer is advised to print and/or save the Card Account Statements for future reference. 15.6. The Company reserves the right to provide or make available Card Account Statements using a different method that it deems appropriate from time to time. In such a case, The Company shall inform the Customer in advance. 15.7. Customer agrees to be charged according to the applicable Card FsC, and/or relevant fees and charges set by The Com- pany in force, or as agreed with The Company, in case Cus- tomer requires from The Company or requests additional in- formation, a paper statement, to receive information on a more frequent basis or requests that information is made available in a way other than the agreed method. 15.8. Customer is obliged to monitor Card Account, Transactions and balance of funds thereon regularly and not less fre- quently than once every 7 (seven) days. Customer and Card- holder shall verify transactions based on Card Account Statements (available via User Interface provided electroni- cally, and in hard copy if provided at request) as well as via the SMS-services notifications to Cardholder. 15.9. Customer undertakes to ensure he has access to/receives Card Account Statements, and is obligated to notify The Company immediately upon discovery during fulfilment of his obligations to check Card Account Statement and status at least every 7 (seven) days via User Interface, if Card Ac- count Statement was not provided or made available to Cus- tomer, in which case The Company shall take all necessary actions to make said Statement available to Customer, oth- erwise The Company shall consider ...
CARD ACCOUNT STATEMENT. 16.1. iBank (remote account management system) allows Customer to view and access Card Account and Card Account Statement, including transactions, balance, and other information as well as to communicate and submit requests to Cardpay including in relation to Transactions, Card blocking and perform other activities permitted by iBank functionality. 16.2. Card Account Statements showing executed Transactions and debiting and crediting of Card Account shall be made available to Customer electronically in a durable format, via iBank. 16.3. Card Account Statement shall be available to Customer via iBank in relation to each month free of charge, and shall be the agreed method of provision of the Statement. 16.4. Customer may obtain via iBank functionality a Card Account Statement for a specific month or a particular period. Customer is advised to print and/or save the Card Account Statements for future reference. 16.5. Cardpay reserves the right to provide or make available Card Account Statements using a different method that is deems appropriate from time to time. In such a case, Cardpay shall inform the Customer in advance. 16.6. Customer agrees to be charged according to the Card F&C in force, or as agreed with Cardpay, in case Customer requires from Cardpay or requests additional information, a paper statement, to receive information on a more frequent basis or requests that information is made available in a way other than the agreed method. 16.7. Customer is obliged to monitor Card Account, Transactions and balance of funds thereon regularly and not less frequently than once every 7 (seven) days. Customer and Cardholder shall verify transactions based on Card Account Statements (available via iBank, provided electronically, and in hard copy if provided at request) as well as via the SMS-services notifications to Cardholder. 16.8. Customer undertakes to ensure he has access to/receives Card Account Statements, and is obligated to notify Cardpay immediately upon discovery during fulfilment of his obligations to check Card Account Statement and status at least every 7 (seven) days via iBank, if Card Account Statement was not provided or made available to Customer by Cardpay, in which case Cardpay shall take all necessary actions to make said Statement available to Customer, otherwise Cardpay shall consider that Customer has access to/received Card Account Statement.
CARD ACCOUNT STATEMENT. 21.1. Cornèrcard will provide the Card Account Statement once per month in the Online Account. The Card Account Statement will be provided to the Cardholder in an electronic form that allows the Cardholder to store and reproduce the information unchanged, such as pdf. The Card Account Statement will set out the Outstanding Monthly Amount, Settlement Date, and a list of Payment Transactions for the relevant period. 21.2. When each Card Account Statement is provided in the Online Account, Cornèrcard will send the Cardholder an email and/or other electronic notification informing the Cardholder that the Card Account Statement has been published. The notification will include a link to the Card Account Statement or a link to the sign-in page of the Online Account. The Cardholder undertakes to check the Card Account Statement without delay and to inform Cornèrcard of any error without delay.

CARD ACCOUNT STATEMENT. 9.1 Subject to the provisions of the applicable legislation, the Bank shall send a monthly statement of the Card Account regarding the Card transactions to the postal address the Cardholder has indicated to the Bank pursuant to the operating terms of the Card Account. 9.2 The Bank has the right from time to time, after notifying the Cardholder accordingly, to send the monthly account statement of the Card Account in any other way it deems appropriate. 9.3 If the Cardholder does not receive the monthly statement of the Card Account sent by the Bank, the former should immediately notify the Bank so that the latter can take the necessary corrective measures to ensure that the monthly account statement is sent to the Cardholder. In the event the Cardholder fails to notify the Bank, then it shall be deemed that the monthly account statement has been duly received by the said Cardholder. 9.4 The Cardholder is responsible to monitor the activity of his account through the monthly account statement of the Card Account sent by the Bank. 9.5 If the Cardholder has any objection and/or comment regarding the monthly account statement, the same must notify the Bank, without undue delay, as soon as he is informed of any such payment transaction, within 13 months the latest as of the date the transaction was debited. The 13-month notice period does not apply in the event that the Bank has failed to provide or make available the information regarding the said payment transaction, as appropriate. Note that the said maximum notice period shall be 3 months in the event the Cardholder is not a Consumer or a Micro Enterprise.
