Expiry or expiration date definition

Expiry or expiration date means the date stated on the label of food, drug, cosmetic, device or hazardous substance after which they are not expected to retain their claimed safety, efficacy and quality or potency and after which it is no longer permissible to sell them.
Expiry or expiration date means the date stated in the label of a drug or device after which the drug is not expected to retain its claimed safety, efficacy and quality or potency or after which it is not permissible to sell the drug or device.

  • Commitment Expiration Date means the date on which IHCDA’s commitment under the Program expires.

  • License expiration date means June 30 of even-numbered years.

  • Expiration Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(a) hereof.
