If termination occurs during the General Survey or Exploration Periods, the Company shall have a period of 6 (six) months within which to sell, remove or otherwise dispose of its property in Indonesia and to furnish the Government with the information to be turned over to it in respect of the work which the Company has performed to the date of the giving of the aforementioned notice.
The Exploration Periods and Appraisal Periods shall be extended pursuant to this Article 22.3 only when the relevant Act of God or Force Majeure affects the Exploration and Appraisal activities, as the case may be, for more than thirty (30) Days over such periods.

Forward means the Participation Interest of twenty percent (20%) of the National Company that will be carried forward by the Contractor during the Exploration Period(s) until the End Point of the Carry-Forward.
Upon AKBN approval, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld, such new Evaluation and Exploration Periods will have an initial term of twenty four (24) months from commencement, and shall involve a relevant evaluation program (the "New Evaluation Program") involving a minimum work program and capital expenditure commitments and an evaluation area (the "New Evaluation Area") at Contractor's assessment.
If the Parties agree to carry out additional exploration work and SOCAR declares in writing its approval to the performance of additional exploration work within the said ninety (90) days, Contractor shall have the right to proceed to the Additional Exploration Period(s), and each such Additional Exploration Period shall be no longer than two (2) years in which Contractor shall drill at least one (1) exploration or appraisal well.
