Exploration Periods definition

Exploration Periods means the Initial Exploration Period, an Extension Period and any further extensions thereof.

Examples of Exploration Periods in a sentence

  • If termination occurs during the General Survey or Exploration Periods, the Company shall have a period of 6 (six) months within which to sell, remove or otherwise dispose of its property in Indonesia and to furnish the Government with the information to be turned over to it in respect of the work which the Company has performed to the date of the giving of the aforementioned notice.

  • The Exploration Periods and Appraisal Periods shall be extended pursuant to this Article 22.3 only when the relevant Act of God or Force Majeure affects the Exploration and Appraisal activities, as the case may be, for more than thirty (30) Days over such periods.

Related to Exploration Periods

  • Development Well means a well drilled inside the established limits of an oil or gas reservoir, or in close proximity to the edge of the reservoir, to the depth of a stratigraphic horizon known to be productive.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget approved by the Bank and adopted by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Bank.

  • Production Operations means all operations conducted for the purpose of producing Petroleum from the Development Area after the commencement of production from the Development Area including the operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities therefor.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.
