Export Rate definition

Export Rate means the monetary value given to monthly Net Excess Generation for Netting Tariff systems. This is the currently applicable Retail Rate inclusive of Standard Service energy supply charges.
Export Rate means the price per kWh as set forth in Schedule 1-2 of Exhibit 1 (Special Terms and Conditions).

  • The non-NEM export compensation retail rate rider (Non-NEM Export Rate) should not include any rate components besides generation at this time.

  • Settling Parties agree that, consistent with Rule 12, any Pilot participant who de-enrolls from the non- NEM export rate and enrolls in another non-NEM export rate will not be eligible to re-enroll until at least 12 months have elapsed since their prior de-enrollment from this Non-NEM Export Rate Pilot.

  • The Setting Parties agree that a customer's initial enrollment in the Non-NEM Export Rate Pilot shall not be considered a rate change for purposes of Rule 12 (i.e., if the customer enrolls in the Non-NEM Export Rate Pilot from another rate even though the enrollment on the prior rate occurred within 12 months).

  • Participation by unbundled customers will depend on whether the decision-making body for any of the Load Serving Entities (“LSE”, including Community Choice Aggregators (“CCA”)) affirmatively decide to mirror the DAHRTP CEV rate and participate in this Non-NEM Export Rate Pilot.The Settling Parties hope that at least one or two of the twelve CCAs currently operating within PG&E’s service territory will decide to mirror the DAHRTP CEV rate and participate in this Non-NEM Export Rate Pilot.

  • The Settling Parties recognize that CCAs and ESPs may impose other program parameters and/or eligibility requirements for their customers to participate in the Non-NEM Export Rate Pilot.

  • As discussed above in Section V.B.iv., on Measurement and Evaluation Reporting, the Settling Parties agree that:• The Non-NEM Export Rate Pilot will run for approximately 36 months, starting at the same time as the non-export DAHRTP pilot, on or about October 2023, unless extended by the CPUC after the Final Report.

  • PG&E shall make its best efforts to program and make available for enrollment this Non- NEM Export Rate Pilot by October 1, 2023.

Related to Export Rate

  • GST Rate means the percentage amount of GST payable determined under section 9-70 of the Act as amended from time to time;

  • T-Bill Rate means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the average yield expressed as a percentage per annum on three-month Government of Canada Treasury Bills, as reported by the Bank of Canada, for the most recent treasury bills auction preceding the applicable Floating Rate Calculation Date.

  • Export Law means all constitutions, laws, statutes, codes, ordinances, orders, judgments, decrees, injunctions, rules, regulations, permits, restrictive measures, trade sanctions, embargos and other legally binding requirements of all federal, country, international, state and local governmental authorities relating to export, re-export or import.

  • Export Control Laws means (a) the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and all other Laws adopted by Governmental Authorities of the United States and other countries relating to import and export controls and (b) the anti-boycott regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of the Treasury and all anti-boycott Laws adopted by Governmental Authorities of other countries relating to prohibition of unauthorized boycotts.

  • Support Cost Rate means the flat rate at which the Partner will be reimbursed by UN Women for its Support Costs, as set forth in the Partner Project Document and not exceeding a rate of 8% or the rate set forth in the Donor Specific Conditions, if that is lower. The flat rate is calculated on the eligible Direct Costs.

  • Deactivation Avoidable Cost Rate means the formula rate established pursuant to Tariff, Part V, section 115 of this Tariff.

  • export date means the earlier of the following dates namely —

  • Export Compliance You acknowledge that Licensor’s products and/or technology are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (the “EAR”) and You agree to comply with the EAR. You will not export or re-export Licensor’s products, directly or indirectly, to: (1) any countries that are subject to US export restrictions; (2) any end user who You know or have reason to know will utilize Licensor’s products in the design, development or production of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons, or rocket systems, space launch vehicles, and sounding rockets, or unmanned air vehicle systems; or (3) any end user who has been prohibited from participating in the US export transactions by any federal agency of the US government. By downloading or using the Software, You are agreeing to the foregoing and You are representing and warranting that You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list. In addition, You are responsible for complying with any local laws in Your jurisdiction which may impact Your right to import, export or use Licensor’s products. Please consult the Bureau of Industry and Security web page xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx before exporting items subject to the EAR. Upon request, Licensor's International Trade Services Department can provide information regarding applicable export restrictions for Licensor products. Licensor assumes no responsibility for Your failure to obtain any necessary export approvals.

  • Export Laws means all applicable import, export control and sanctions laws, including without limitation, the laws of the United States, the EU, and Germany.

  • Export means the initial movement of defense articles from the United States Community to the United Kingdom Community and the Australia community.

  • Contract Rate means, with respect to a Receivable, the rate per annum at which interest accrues under the Contract evidencing such Receivable. Such rate may be less than the “Annual Percentage Rate” disclosed in the Receivable.

  • Repo Rate on any day means the highest interest rate available to a Lender from investment in overnight repurchase agreements.

  • Wage Rate refers to an Employee’s hourly rate of pay reflected by the pay grade of her position and her step within that grade, as set out in the Wage Rate grid in Appendix II.

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • Heat Rate means the quantity of BTU’s consumed to produce a kilowatt-hour of energy, calculated as follows:

  • Contract Interest Rate means the lesser of (a) the highest rate permitted under Requirements of Law or (b) 200 basis points per annum plus the rate per annum equal to the publicly announced prime rate or reference rate for commercial loans to large businesses in effect from time to time quoted by Citibank, N.A. as its “prime rate.” If a Citibank, N.A. prime rate is not available, the applicable prime rate will be the announced prime rate or reference rate for commercial loans in effect from time to time quoted by a bank with $10 billion or more in assets in New York City, N.Y., selected by the Party to whom interest is being paid.

  • Interest Rate Basis means the Base Rate or the Eurodollar Basis, as applicable.

  • Relevant Rate means the Benchmark for a Representative Amount of the Specified Currency for a period (if applicable or appropriate to the Benchmark) equal to the Specified Duration commencing on the Effective Date.

  • Pricing Rate the per annum percentage rate for determination of the Price Differential;

  • Prescribed Rate means the rate of 4% above The Royal Bank of Scotland plc base rate from time to time in force.

  • Daily LIBOR Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum determined by the Agent by dividing (x) the Published Rate by (y) a number equal to 1.00 minus the Reserve Percentage.

  • Reference Interest Rate means the following rate (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) for deposits in the currency of the Strike Price: the Reference Interest Rate specified in the Table which has been published on the screen page specified in the Table (the "Screen

  • Compounded Daily Reference Rate means, with respect to an Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment in the Specified Currency (with the applicable Reference Rate (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms and further provided for below) as the reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Principal Paying Agent on the relevant Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded, if necessary, to the Relevant Decimal Place:

  • CDOR Rate is defined in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate” herein.

  • SONIA Reference Rate means, in respect of any London Banking Day, a reference rate equal to the daily Sterling Overnight Index Average ("SONIA") rate for such London Banking Day as provided by the administrator of SONIA to authorised distributors and as then published on the Relevant Screen Page (or if the Relevant Screen Page is unavailable, as otherwise is published by such authorised distributors) on the London Banking Day immediately following such London Banking Day; and
