Extended Exclusivity Period definition

Extended Exclusivity Period means any period during which one of the following subsists in respect of a Licensed Product: orphan drug designation or exclusivity, pediatric designation or exclusivity, new chemical entity exclusivity, or other exclusivity (excluding a Patent) granted by a Regulatory Authority beyond the expiry of the relevant Patent.
Extended Exclusivity Period shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.8(b).

  • In the event that your Final Proposed Solution is not Accepted within the Extended Exclusivity Period, the Exclusive Option Rights will terminate without further notice to you.

Extended Exclusivity Period means with respect to a Licensed Product and/or any Additional Licensed Product in a country in the Territory, the period of time during which Nuvectis and/or any of its Affiliates and/or Sub-Licensees has been granted the exclusive legal right (excluding a Patent) by a Regulatory Authority in such country to sell the Licensed Product and/or any Additional Licensed Product, including through clinical trial data exclusivity, Orphan Drug Designation or paediatric designation, or other regulatory data exclusivity;
