Extended Hours. Means pharmacies open after 6.00pm on weekdays (at least one in the week), after 1.00pm on Saturday or any time on Sunday “Expiry Date” Means the date on which the service will end or the date by which the Service Level Agreement will be reviewed and renewed “GDPR Regulations” means the EU general Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 as retained by UK law under the European Union (withdrawal) Act 2018. “Key Pharmacist” Pharmacist nominated by the Contractor having accountability for the provision of the service.

More Definitions of Extended Hours

Extended Hours means twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, and three hundred sixty-five (365) days per year.
