Regular Hours means the hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday, excluding the following holidays: Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
Regular Season means, with respect to any Season, the period beginning on the first day and ending on the last day of regularly scheduled (as opposed to exhibition or playoff) competition between NBA Teams.
Regular hours worked means those hours which the court is regularly scheduled to work during any given work week. Depending on the particular court, these hours may vary from court to court within the county but remain the same for each work week.

Regular Shipper means (i) a Committed Shipper, and (ii) a Shipper that has Actual Shipments in each of the twelve months of the Base Period. A Regular Shipper described in clause (ii) ceases to be a Regular Shipper if it has no Actual Shipments for one or more months out of the Base Period, and thereafter, that Shipper will be treated as a New Shipper unless and until it meets Regular Shipper criteria.

Lower-Tier Regular Interests The respective classes of “regular interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(1), in the Lower-Tier REMIC, designated as the Class XX-0, Xxxxx XX-0, Class LA-3, Class LA-4, Class LA-AB, Class LA-S, Class LB, Class LC, Class LD, Class LE, Class LF, Class LG and Class LVRR Lower-Tier Regular Interests.
Corresponding Lower-Tier Regular Interest As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Regular Certificates, Class PEZ Regular Interest or Component.
Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in April 2028.
Certificate Notional Balance With respect to each Certificate of Class X and any date of determination, the product of (i) the Class Certificate Notional Balance of such Class and (ii) the applicable Percentage Interest of such Certificate.

Class X Notional Balance With respect to any Distribution Date (and the related Accrual Period) the aggregate principal balance of the regular interests in REMIC 3 as specified in the Preliminary Statement hereto.

Lower-Tier Regular Interest Each of the Class LT-A-1, Class LT-A-2, Class LT-A-3, Class LT-A-4, Class LT-M-1, Class LT-M-2, Class LT-M-3, Class LT-M-4, Class LT-M-5, Class LT-M-6, Class LT-B-1, Class LT-B-2, Class LT-B-3, Class LT-IO and Class LT-Accrual Interests as described in the Preliminary Statement.
