Extended Investment Period definition

Extended Investment Period means, if the Company and all Sponsor Affiliates satisfy the Contract Minimum Investment Requirement during the Initial Investment Period, the period beginning with the first following the expiration of the Initial Investment Period and ending five (5) years thereafter.
Extended Investment Period means the period beginning with the first day that real or personal property comprising the Project is placed in service (January 2, 2011) and ending December 31, 2018, the date that is seven years after the Commencement Date.
Extended Investment Period means the period beginning with the first day that real or personal property comprising the Project is placed in service (January 2, 2011) and ending December 31, 2021, the date that is ten (10) years after the Commencement Date.

More Definitions of Extended Investment Period

Extended Investment Period means the period ending five (5) years after the end of the Standard Investment Period.
Extended Investment Period means the period for completion of the Project, which shall initially be equal to the Investment Period; provided, however, that if the Investment Requirement is satisfied by the end of the Investment Period, the Investment Period shall automatically be extended, without further action or proceedings of the County or the County Council, by five (5) years beyond the Investment Period to end on the tenth anniversary of the end of the property tax year in which the initial Economic Development Property comprising all or a portion of the Project is placed in service, all in accordance with Section 12-44-30(13) of the Code. In the event that the initial Economic Development Property comprising all or a portion of the Project were to be placed in service in the property tax year ending on December 31, 2025, and if and when so extended, the Extended Investment Period would end on December 31, 2035.
Extended Investment Period means the five-year period beginning with the January 1st immediately following the end of the Standard Investment Period and ending five years after the end of the Standard Investment Period, as authorized by Section 12-44-30(13) of the Act.
Extended Investment Period means the period beginning January 1 of the sixth (6th) year after the first year in which any portion of the Project is first placed in service, and ending on December 31 of the tenth (10th) year after such first year in which any portion of the Project is first placed in service.

Related to Extended Investment Period

  • Investment Period means, and shall be equal to, the Standard Investment Period.

  • Standard Investment Period means the period beginning with the first day of any purchase or acquisition of Economic Development Property and ending five (5) years after the Commencement Date.

  • Repayment Period means the period beginning on the Loan Commencement Date and continuing for 36 calendar months.

  • Investment Date means the date of the Investment Commitment Closing.

  • Revolving Period means the period beginning at the close of business on the Series Cut-Off Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the close of business on the day immediately preceding the day the Controlled Accumulation Period commences and (b) the close of business on the day immediately preceding the day the Early Amortization Period commences.

  • Settlement Period has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(d)(i) hereof.
