Exterior Architectural Appearance definition

Exterior Architectural Appearance means the architectural character, general composition and general arrangements of the exterior of the Project, and the adjacent plazas and pedestrian areas, including the kind, color and texture of the building material and the type and character of all windows, doors, light fixtures, signs and appurtenant elements, visible from public streets and thoroughfares.
Exterior Architectural Appearance means the architectural character and general composition of the exterior of a structure, including but not limited to the kind, color and texture of the building material; the type of roofline, dormers and overhangs; the size, location and design of porches, steps and handrails and the type, size, location, spacing design and character of all windows, doors, light fixtures, signs, and appurtenant elements.

  • Architectural coating means a coating applied to stationary structures and their appurtenances, to mobile homes, to pavements, or to curbs.

Code Ann., Ch. 1001, and/or a firm employed by Owner or Design-Build Contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.

  • Interior lot means a lot other than a corner lot.

  • Landscape means an area, as perceived by people, whose character is the result of the action and interaction of natural and/or human factors;

  • Architectural services means those services described as the "practice of architecture," as defined in K.S.A. 74-7003, and amendments thereto.
