Extra Service Charge. The termly fee includes an Extra Service Charge which is not covered by the Funded Early Education Entitlement. There are a very limited number of fully-funded places available. These are offered on a first- come first-served basis. Only those accepted on fully-funded places are exempt from paying the Extra Service Charge. Parents must pay for any hours their child attends over their funding entitlement of 15 or 30 hours. Fees and Payments: Our Pre-School fees are set at a competitive level in order to maintain a sustainable and well- equipped setting. Additional hours, not covered by the Funded Early Education Entitlement, are charged at our standard rate. Any combination of attendance can be requested though we do insist on a minimum of two sessions per week. A full list of charges can be found on the Pre-school website and are also available from the Pre-school Finance team. Fees are due every term and can be paid via bank transfer, Childcare Voucher or Tax-Free Childcare. Other payment methods can only be used with prior agreement by the Finance team and will be subject to an additional charge due to bank processing charges incurred by the Pre-school. Fees for each term are payable in advance by the dates given below: - Autumn Term – 15 August - Spring Term – 15 December - Summer Term – 15 April Payments must clear our account by the dates given above or the due date given on the invoice irrespective of the method used. Late payments will incur an automatic fee of £50. Fees are payable by the Parents/Guardians, individually and/or jointly, who have signed and returned the Admissions Form, Parent Contract and Terms and Conditions. Fees are reviewed annually and are subject to change. We will provide written notice of at least one term if fees are to be increased for any reason.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Annual Service Charge for any period means the aggregate interest expense for such period in respect of, and the amortization during such period of any original issue discount of, Indebtedness of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Transition charge means a nonbypassable rate or charge to be imposed on a customer to pay

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Annual Debt Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) regularly scheduled principal payments required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations and Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Monthly Service Fees means the monthly (or 1/12 of the annual fee) subscription fees paid for the affected Cloud Service which did not meet the SA SLA.

  • Termination Charge means a charge levied when an unamortized balance remains and the Jurisdiction requests termination of Street Lighting Service. The charge is determined by costs of equipment, installation, removal, disposal, Capital Recovery Period, and Utility Financing Cost minus payments made to date for the specific fixtures.

  • Pharmacist-in-charge means a pharmacist currently licensed in good standing who accepts responsibility for the operation of a pharmacy in conformance with all laws and rules pertinent to the practice of pharmacy and the distribution of drugs, and who is personally in full and actual charge of the pharmacy and all personnel.

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;
