List of Charges definition

List of Charges means a list of rates and fees of the Bank or otherwise named document of the Bank, which includes the current rates of fees, costs, as well as penalties and other charges that the Bank charges in connection with the provision of Banking Services.
List of Charges means the list detailing all our Charges (including call Charges) which is available on our Website at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx.xx/ help-and-advice/call-charges and xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx.xx/xxxx-xxx- advice/list-of-charges;

Examples of List of Charges in a sentence

  • The Conditions or other relevant information and documents of the Bank shall be considered to be published in accordance with these Conditions when a given piece of information or a document are provided or made available at publicly accessible premises of the Bank, in the List of Charges, the Info Sheet (as defined in Annex No. 1 hereto), via fax, mail or on the Internet site of the Bank (www.citibank.cz), or by means of another agreed electronic communication (e.g. the Client’s e-mail address).

  • The Bank provides Payment Services within the meaning of the Payment System Act in the extent as defined in this Annex, the List of Charges, Info Sheet, Current Account Agreements, Card Issuance Agreements, and other agreements or documents providing for the provision of payment services, and which are provided and made available by the Bank.

  • For express processing of Foreign Outgoing Payment there is an additional fee charged according to the current List of Charges.

  • For each product category pursuant to Section 3.4.1.2 NSSF (BT) a separate charge is allocated in the List of Charges for service facilities.

  • The Applicant or the involved RU shall pay charges for the contractually agreed use of usage objects pursuant to the NSSF, the Basic Agreement on Infrastructure Use and the ENV-SE together with the respective valid List of Charges for service facilities of DB Netz AG.

  • In case of a contractually agreed interruption of the period of use, the following pe- riod of use will be treated as a new period of use.If the charge for an uninterrupted period of use calculated accordingly does not exceed the minimum charge published in the relevant List of Charges for service facilities, the minimum charge shall be paid.

  • The operation of service facilities outside the operating hours is charged according to the workload incurred for DB Netz AG by these arrival/departure activities, consisting of an amount per employee and every half hour and part therefore according to the List of Charges for service facilities.

  • Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause Schedule of Charges;

  • List of Contracts means the list identifying each Contract constituting part of the Trust Corpus, which list (a) identifies each Contract and (b) sets forth as to each Contract (i) the Principal Balance as of the Cutoff Date, (ii) the amount of monthly payments due from the Obligor, (iii) the Contract Rate and (iv) the maturity date, and which list (as in effect on the Closing Date) is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit H.

  • Notice of Charges means a notice sent by the Compliance Department pursuant to Rule 607.

  • Request regarding a list of collateral means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a list of what the debtor believes to be the collateral securing an obligation and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.

  • List of Approved Contractors means a list developed by each Transmission Owner and published in a PJM Manual of (a) contractors that the Transmission Owner considers to be qualified to install or construct new facilities and/or upgrades or modifications to existing facilities on the Transmission Owner’s system, provided that such contractors may include, but need not be limited to, contractors that, in addition to providing construction services, also provide design and/or other construction-related services, and (b) manufacturers or vendors of major transmission-related equipment (e.g., high-voltage transformers, transmission line, circuit breakers) whose products the Transmission Owner considers acceptable for installation and use on its system.

  • Deed of Charge means the English law deed of charge that may be entered into between the Guarantor and the Representative of the Covered Bondholders (acting on behalf of the Covered Bondholders and the Other Creditors);

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

The Engineer in Charge IDesignated Officer in Charge may further appoint his representatives i.e. another personIProject Manager or any other competent person and notify to the contractor who is directly responsible for supervising the work being executed at the site, on his behalf under their Delegation of Powers of the company. However, overall responsibility, as far as the contract is concerned ,will be that of the Engineer in ChargeIDesignated Officer in Charge.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Engineer/Engineer-in-charge means the Engineer designated by the Employer to superintend and perform other duties as indicated in the contract.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.
