Facilities Letter definition

Facilities Letter means the banking facilities letter issued by the Lender on 2 August 2018 and countersigned by the Borrower on 10 August 2018, in terms of which the Lender shall make available a primary lending facility to the Borrower in an aggregate initial amount of USD2,500,000.00 (two million five hundred thousand US dollars), which initial amount shall on or about the Signature Date, be increased to an aggregate amount not exceeding USD 18,500,000.00 (eighteen million five hundred thousand US dollars) pursuant to the Facilities Increase Letter; (emphasis added);
Facilities Letter means that certain Facilities Letter, dated October 24, 2007, by and between Arranger and Borrower, including all attachments thereto.
Facilities Letter means an agreement between Subscriber and Senwes setting out the bank facilities to be made available by the Subscriber to Senwes and the terms and conditions applicable thereto, as amended from time to time;

Facilities Letter means the letter issued by the Bank describing the Credit Facilities being made available to the Borrower.

  • Facility Letter means the facility letter dated the day of 20 from the Lender to the Borrower and shall include all variations, amendments, supplements or substitutions made thereto from time to time.

  • TRIPS Agreement means the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights;

  • Disbursement Letter means an instructional letter executed and delivered by Administrative Borrower to Agent regarding the extensions of credit to be made on the Closing Date, the form and substance of which is satisfactory to Agent.

  • Engagement Letter means that certain Engagement Letter, dated as of June 18, 2015, by and among the Borrower and the Arrangers.
