Facility B Notes definition

Facility B Notes means, collectively, those certain promissory notes in an aggregate original principal amount equal to the Facility B Commitment, and issued to each of the Banks by the Borrower with respect to the Facility B Commitment, each one substantially in the form of Exhibit D-2 attached hereto, any other promissory notes issued by the Borrower to evidence the Loans under the Facility B Commitment, and any extensions, renewals, or amendments to, or replacement of, the foregoing.

Facility B Notes the "Notes" as defined in the Facility B Credit Agreement.

Facility B Notes means the promissory notes provided for by Section 2.07(b) hereof and all promissory notes delivered in substitution or exchange therefor, in each case as the same shall be modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time. The term "Facility B Notes" shall include any Registered Notes evidencing Facility B Loans executed and delivered pursuant to Section 2.07(e).

Examples of Facility B Notes in a sentence

• Borrower will repay the aggregate principal amount of the Facility B Loans on the maturity date set forth in the Facility B Notes.

• On the Facility B Maturity Date the Borrower shall repay the outstanding aggregate principal and accrued and unpaid interest under the Facility B Notes.

• Any prepayments on the Facility B Loans may not be reborrowed and shall be applied to installments on the Facility B Notes in the inverse order of maturity.

• On the effective date of this First Amendment, the Facility A Notes and the Facility B Notes and all of the outstanding indebtedness of the Borrower thereunder shall be acquired by the Administrative Lender for the ratable benefit of the Lenders in their respective Specified Percentages (as set forth in this First Amendment).

• On the effective date of this First Amendment, the outstanding indebtedness of the Borrower under the Facility B Notes shall be renewed, extended, modified and restated by the Replacement Facility B Notes, payable to the Lenders in their respective Specified Percentages (as set forth in this First Amendment).

More Definitions of Facility B Notes

Facility B Notes shall include any Registered Notes evidencing Facility B Loans executed and delivered pursuant to Section 2.07(e).
