Facility C Advance definition

Facility C Advance means a direct advance by BMO to the US Borrower by way of US Prime Rate Advance or SOFR Advance pursuant to Section 5.2.1.

Facility C Advance means an advance (including a Rollover Advance) made or to be made by the Lenders under the Facility C.

Facility C Advance means a Facility C1 Advance or a Facility C2 Advance.

Examples of Facility C Advance in a sentence

• Each Interest Period for an Advance will commence on its Utilisation Date or (in the case of each subsequent Interest Period for a Facility B Advance or Facility C Advance) the expiry of its preceding Interest Period.

• The execution and delivery by the Guarantor of this Guaranty is a material condition precedent to Lender's obligations to enter into the Restated Loan Agreement and to make the Credit Facility C Advance.

• Borrower may prepay the Facility C Advance without penalty or premium.

• Each relevant Borrower shall (subject to Clause 9 (Rollover of Facility C) below) repay in full (i) the amount of each Facility C Advance made to it on the Repayment Date relating thereto and (ii) the amount of all Facility C Outstandings on the Final Maturity Date.

More Definitions of Facility C Advance

Facility C Advance means the Advance of Facility C on the Original Closing Date or an Advance of Facility C pursuant to Section 2.18.
