Facility Employee definition

Facility Employee means an individual who is employed on-site at an underground storage tank facility, and who may be called upon to respond to spills, overfills, or other problems associated with the operation of the underground storage tank system. A "facility employee" is not considered the "operator" as defined in Chapter 6.7 of Division 20 of the Health and Safety Code, although the same individual may hold both positions.
Facility Employee means an employee of a child-care facility.
Facility Employee means any individual specifically set forth on Schedule 1.1(b) and any additional individuals hired by Seller to work exclusively at the Facility.

Examples of Facility Employee in a sentence

  • Any such offer of employment to a Facility Employee by New Operator shall be to perform comparable services upon comparable terms as such Facility Employee held with Transferor as of the Closing Date.

  • Transferor shall have the right (but not the obligation) to employ or offer to employ any Facility Employee who declines New Operator’s offer of employment.

  • NOTE: Facility Employee Occupational Health staff may not identify individuals according to their vaccination status or otherwise indicate whether an individual has been vaccinated unless that individual has provided a qualifying authorization permitting the disclosure using VA Form10-5345, Request For and Authorization To Release Medical Records or Health Information.

  • Transferor shall also pay to each Facility Employee, in accordance with the requirements of all applicable law, any and all vested paid time off earned by, and payable to, each Facility Employee as of (but not including) the Closing Date and provide to New Operator a schedule of such amounts to be paid by Transferor.

  • Buyer shall not be obligated to offer employment to any Facility Employee.


More Definitions of Facility Employee

Facility Employee means each employee of Seller or the Selling Affiliates who spends at least 50% of his or her working time performing services in connection with the operation of the Xxxxx Xxxxx Facility, being (A) those individuals set forth on Section 9.01 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule, as the same may be updated consistent with the terms of this Agreement and (B) such other employees who may be hired by Seller or the Selling Affiliate in connection with the operation of the Xxxxx Xxxxx Facility between the date hereof and the Closing Date and who are described by the above clause; provided that the term “Facility Employee” does not include anyone designated as an “Excluded Employee”.

Facility Employee means any employee of Owner directed by Manager to work at the Facility or in any capacity related to the Facility.
