Working Days means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales; and
DAY WORK means on item of work requiring the employment of labour with or without materials as the case may be, which, in the opinion of the Senior Engineer /Civil-in-charge, is not capable of being evaluated by the accepted methods of measurement or assessment and is paid for on the basis of the actual labour and materials utilised on the particular item of work referred to.
Non-working Day means any day upon which an employee, pursuant to the terms of the contract of employment, is not available to the employer for the purposes of rostering the ordinary hours of work.
Work Days means judicial days (or a day when the court is open).
Facility Period means the period beginning on the date of this Agreement and ending on the date when the whole of the Indebtedness has been repaid in full and the Security Parties have ceased to be under any further actual or contingent liability to the Finance Parties under or in connection with the Finance Documents.
Business Days means a day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or a day on which banks in New York City are authorized or required by law to close.
Teaching days means days on which classes were engaged. Examination days are not to be included)
Facility A means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (a) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).
Working Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for general business in the City of London.
Business Days and Hours means Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time, except for holidays observed by the state of Washington.
Maximum Facility Output means the maximum (not nominal) net electrical power output in megawatts, specified in the Interconnection Service Agreement, after supply of any parasitic or host facility loads, that a Generation Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility is expected to produce, provided that the specified Maximum Facility Output shall not exceed the output of the proposed Customer Facility that Transmission Provider utilized in the System Impact Study. Maximum State of Charge:
Facility B means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (b) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).
Banking Days are days on which banks are open both in the country of the currency stipulated for the Purchase Price in Clause 1 and in the place of closing stipulated in Clause 8.
Hours means clock hours.
Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;
Support Hours means between 8:30am and 5pm during Monday to Friday excluding standard UK Bank Holidays.
Day/Days means calendar days, inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;
Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.
Observation Shift Days means the number of London Banking Days specified in the relevant Final Terms; and
Normal weekly hours of work means the lesser of 40 hours or
Installation Date means the date specified in the Statement of Work by which the Contractor must have the ordered Equipment ready (certified) for use by the State.
The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.
Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.
Drawdown Period means the period commencing on the Execution Date and ending on the earlier of (i) 30 April 2012 and (ii) any date on which the Commitment is finally cancelled or fully drawn under the terms of this Agreement;
Shipment Date means the date for shipment of Product requested by Buyer in a Purchase Order.
