Full service contract definition

Full service contract means a contractual agreement through which an executive agency acquires an aircraft and related aviation services (for example, pilot, crew, mainte- nance, catering) for exclusive use. Aircraft hired under full service contracts are commercial aviation services (CAS), not Federal aircraft, regardless of the length of the contract.
