Factoring Service means any of the following services offered by the Bank: (i) recording of receivables; (ii) financing; (iii) assumption of risk; and (iv) enforcement of the receivable (collection/recovery). The services are provided by the Bank in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement, with the proviso that the registration service always constitutes a part of the Agreement.
