Faculty Employment Contract the annual employment contract provided by the University to each FTNTT Faculty member. Normally, Faculty Employment Contracts are for nine months and cover the regular academic year (see M below) as well as the intersession between the fall and spring semester (see Article XIX, Section 4 of this Agreement). The University may, in its sole discretion, offer a FTNTT Faculty member a twelve-month Faculty Employment Contract if programmatic need supports the position (see Article IX, Section 1.B).
