Family Donee means, with respect to individual Stockholders, (i) such Stockholders' parents, spouse, adult lineal descendants and siblings, (ii) the adult spouses of such siblings, the adult spouses of such lineal descendants and the parents of such spouse, and (iii) trusts for the benefit of any of such individuals or their children.

Examples of Family Donee in a sentence

  • A Stockholder may transfer Shares (the "Transferring Stockholder") to a Family Donee, by gift or sale, provided that the Family Donee agrees in writing to take the Shares subject to the voting provisions in Article 2.
