Service Exhibits definition

Service Exhibits means the descriptions, terms, and conditions relating to specific Network Elements or services provided under this Agreement attached hereto as an exhibit. "Serving Wire Center" denotes the Wire Center from which dial tone for local exchange service would normally be provided to a particular Customer premises.
Service Exhibits means the descriptions, terms, and conditions relating to specific Network Elements or services provided under this Agreement attached hereto as an exhibit.
Service Exhibits means, collectively, Exhibit “1-A” – Freight, Duty and Delivery Services, Exhibit “1-B” – Logistics Operations Services, and Exhibit “1-C” – Management of Third Party Service Providers.

  • If, during Provider's provision of services under this Agreement, there is any need for substantial deviation from the services as described in the Service Exhibit(s) for this Agreement including any addenda thereto, then Provider shall submit a written request to Director for written approval before any such substantial deviation may occur.

Service Exhibits for Eligible Bundles and Eligible Packages means: (1) for the Hybrid SD-WAN Bundle, the Service Exhibits identified in the CenturyLink Hybrid SD-WAN Bundle Offer Attachment, (2) for all other Eligible Bundles and Eligible Packages, the Domestic CenturyLink IQ Networking, Rental CPE and Local Access Service Exhibits, plus (a) for CCE IA Packages, Fiber + Enterprise IA Packages or Fiber + Internet and IA Packages, the Analog VoIP Service Exhibit or Analog and Digital VoIP Service Exhibit, and (b) for CCE SIP Trunk IAD Packages or Fiber + Enterprise SIP with IAD Packages, the SIP Trunk Service Exhibit. “Service Exhibit” for CenturyLink IQ SIP Trunk means the CenturyLink IQ SIP Trunk Service Exhibit or the CenturyLink Hosted VoIP and IQ SIP Trunk Service Exhibit. “Service Exhibit” for Hosted VoIP means the CenturyLink Hosted VoIP Service Exhibit or the CenturyLink Hosted VoIP and IQ SIP Trunk Service Exhibit. “Service Exhibit” for Managed Enterprise with Cisco Meraki means the CenturyLink Managed Enterprise with Cisco Meraki Service Exhibit. “Service Exhibit” for Managed Office means the CenturyLink Managed Office Service Exhibit. “Service Exhibit” for Managed Office Essentials means the CenturyLink Managed Office Essentials Service Exhibit.
Service Exhibits means those service descriptions and rate schedules attached hereto as an exhibit, pursuant to which IPN shall provide and Customer shall purchase the applicable Services.

These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.
