Farm parcel means agricultural land that is separately described by deed or tax parcel.
Farm parcel or "parcel" means a physical portion of the common interest agricultural community designated for separate ownership or occupancy, the boundaries of which are described in the declaration or pursuant to section -13.
Farm parcel means any Parcel consisting of vacant land with irrigation available, irrigated crops, grows houses, miscellaneous trees, vines, avocados, citrus, livestock, poultry and miscellaneous irrigated farms based on County use codes.
