Farm winery means an establishment (i) located on a farm in the Commonwealth with a producing
farm building means that part of a bona fide farming operation encompassing barns, silos and other ancillary development to an agricultural use, but excluding a residential use;
Farm use means used in farming, including use in a tractor or other farm machines used directly in farming, in a furnace heating a farm building, in providing lighting in farm buildings, and use in operating motors of machines used directly in farming.
Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming
Cooperative Property The real property and improvements owned by the Cooperative Corporation, including the allocation of individual dwelling units to the holders of the Coop Shares of the Cooperative Corporation.
Condominium Property means the lands, leaseholds, and personal property that are subjected to condominium ownership, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the condominium.
Additional Mortgaged Property has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 6.9.
Real Property means any estates or interests in real property now owned or hereafter acquired by any Grantor and the improvements thereto.
Farm products means goods, other than standing timber, with respect to which the debtor is engaged in a farming operation and which are:
Farm machinery means all machines and tools that are used in the production, harvesting, and care of farm products, and includes trailers that are used to transport agricultural produce or agricultural production materials between a local place of storage or supply and the farm, agricultural tractors, threshing machinery, hay-baling machinery, corn shellers, hammermills, and machinery used in the production of horticultural, agricultural, and vegetable products.
Motor home means every private motor vehicle with a normal seating capacity of not more than 10
Farm tractor means every motor vehicle designed and used primarily as a farm implement for drawing plows, mowing machines, and other implements of husbandry.
Residential property means improved property that:-
Owned Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).
the Land means the land (including for the avoidance of doubt all buildings, structures landscaping and other erections) situated at and known as Xxxxxxx School Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx XX00 0XX and registered under Title Number WT292137;
Closing Date Mortgaged Property as defined in Section 3.1(i).
Leasehold Property means any leasehold interest of any Loan Party as lessee under any lease of real property.
Excluded Personal Property has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(c).
Fixtures and Equipment means, with respect to any Person, all of the furniture, fixtures, furnishings, machinery and equipment owned or leased by such Person and located in, at or upon the Assets of such Person.
Excluded Properties the collective reference to the fee or leasehold interest in real properties owned by the Parent Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries not described in Schedule 5.8.
Excluded Property shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Agreement.
Commercial property means property formerly or currently used primarily for business, retail, governmental or professional purposes.
Adjoining Property means all sidewalks, driveways, curbs, gores and vault spaces adjoining any of the Leased Premises.
Industrial Property – means property used for construction, repair, trade or manufacturing, production, assembly or processing of finished or partially finished products from raw materials or fabricated parts on such a large scale that capital and labour are significantly involved, and includes any office or other accommodation on the same property, the use of which is incidental to such activity;
Agricultural property means property that is used primarily for agricultural purposes but, without derogating from Section 9 of the Act, excludes any portion thereof that is used commercially for the hospitality of guests, and excludes the use ofthe property for the purpose of eco-tourism or for the trading in or hunting of game.
Qualified agricultural property means that term as defined in section 1211 of the revised school code, MCL 380.1211.
