Farmland and Open Space Land means those lands shown in the Township Master Plan as being zoned for agricultural and Resource Conservation uses, as adopted and amended from time to time by the Township Planning Commission
Farmland and Open Space Land means those lands shown in the Township Master Plan as an Agricultural Preserve Area as adopted and amended from time to time by the Peninsula Township Planning Commission.

Farmland and Open Space Land means those lands shown in the Township Comprehensive Land Use Plan, or the official Zoning Map, as being planned or zoned for agricultural or open space uses, as adopted and amended from time to time by the Township Planning Commission and Board.
